What we collect

When you request a trial we collect the contact adult's name, email and optional phone number; whether you are requesting for yourself or as a parent or guardian; for each participant an optional first name or label, an age group, program interest and preferred days; and any question you choose to write. We do not ask for birth dates, home addresses, payment details or medical information.

How we use it

Staff use this information only to respond to your request and arrange a first visit. We send you one acknowledgment email. Any promotional opt-in is separate and optional.

Who sees it

Only school staff can read requests. Email delivery is handled by our email service provider. We do not sell your information.

Analytics

We count anonymous totals of button clicks and received requests. Names, emails, phone numbers and your messages are never sent to analytics.

Keeping and deleting

Requests are kept only as long as needed to follow up. To ask us to delete yours, email legacymartialartsut@gmail.com.
